This small-group education and support program runs in 8-week blocks and is designed for people who seek understanding and practical tools to change habits, and build healthier ways of coping. Sessions draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to provide a holistic understanding of unhelpful habits, focusing on motivation, emotional regulation, behaviour change, and rebuilding balance in daily life.
The first half of each session provides education and practical strategies, while the second half is a facilitated group process where participants set goals, share progress, celebrate successes, and support one another in a safe, small-group environment of no more than six people.
We also deliver psychoeducation workshops for workplaces and schools designed to increase awareness and understanding of habit-forming behaviours. These workshops explore how habits develop, why some behaviours can become difficult to change, and provide practical strategies that support healthier decision-making and behaviour change.
